duplicate files extension

Greetings from Beijing - In reviewing the duplicate files, I notice a number have "administration" as an extension. Which duplicate file should I delete: the one without "administration" extension or the one with it?

Hmmm.... It sounds like your computer is set up with particular permission privileges. You would need to check with someone in your IT department for help with that issue.
