How do I Upgrade Easy Duplicate Finder?

If you already have Easy Duplicate Finder installed on your computer you may occasionally get a message that a newer version is available for download. The best way to to upgrade is to accept the download onto your computer, but do not uninstall the prior version you have installed.

After the download completes simply install the new version right over the existing version. Upgrading this way allows all your preferences to persist, and most importantly you will not need to enter your license key again.

We do not recommend uninstalling EDF prior to upgrading. If you do, you will need to re-enter your license code again as you did originally.
